• Take a trolley tour of Savannah’s historical district, Georgia
• See the arches and canyonlands of Utah and Arizona
• Sail around the Haida Gwaii Islands, B.C.
• Roadtrip in Alaska and Yukon (Dempster highway!)
• See the northern lights in the Arctic
• Geek out at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Florida

Latin America

• Sunbathe on the beaches of Brazil (with SPF 50)
• Throw on a raincoat and get up close and personal with Iguazu Falls, Argentina
• Wander the small towns of Nicaragua
• Bicycle around Montevideo, Uruguay
• Explore Patagonia and Torres del Paine Park, Chile
• Check out the safer parts of Colombia
• Count the moai on Rapa Nui (Easter Island), Chile

Europe

• Check out Eastern Europe before it becomes as expensive as Western Europe
• Unleash my inner ancient history nerd in Greece
• Stuff my face and visit the Vimy Ridge memorial, France
• Make up for the time I skipped the Andalucia region of Spain
• Amble through Ireland and the U.K.
• Stroll the boardwalks in Plitvice National Park, Croatia (and maybe get a snack afterwards in Split)
• See if Albania really is the new Croatia
• Be bowled over by the fjords of Norway

Middle East

• Be bowled over by the Hagia Sofia, Turkey
• Pretend I’m in Indiana Jones in Petra, Jordan
• Float in the Dead Sea, Israel

Africa

• Not so sure about the cage diving, but watching the Cape Town great white sharks breach is on the list, South Africa
• Be on the real-life set of the Lion King on safari in Kenya/Tanzania
• Learn more about Madagascar by going there
• Couldn’t hurt to check out Botswana, Malawi, and Mozambique while I’m there

Asia

• Stay in a treehouse, Laos
• Watch the sunrise over the temples of Bagan, Burma
• Find enough time to do India justice
• Be the only person trying to avoid the monkeys in Hell Valley, Japan
• Kick back in Bali
• Take the easiest way to get to the Tiger’s Nest Temple in Bhutan
• Stay in a yurt in Mongolia

Oceania

• Sea Kayak in Abel Tasman National Park, New Zealand
• Hike Rotorua with my nose plugged, New Zealand
• Investigate Tasmania and determine if it’s really that different from mainland Australia
• Visit Tuvalu before it sinks
